Aradhana leads Sustainability and ESG Initiatives at Lemon Tree Hotels. The company’s strategy is to build an inclusive employee base and has been hiring Employees With Disabilities (EWD) for 15 years. The goal is to take this from the current 14% to ~30% in FY 2025-2026.

Aradhana co-leads recruitment of EWDs and leads new initiatives in the disability space. She has, over the last nine years, run trials with people with Down Syndrome and Autism as well as Visually Impairment/Low Vision. This is in addition to the Speech and Hearing Impaired (SHI) and Orthopaedically Handicapped (OH) employees the company already hires on a regular basis.

Aradhana is an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and has 29 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Corporate Communications and Sustainability. She was earlier Vice President – Sales & Marketing at Lemon Tree Hotels.
