Arzu Pınar Demirel
Arzu is the Founder of Headline Diversity, the first and only Diversity & Inclusion consultancy in Turkey. Headline Diversity supports companies to create workplaces where people are respected and valued regardless of their gender, race, physical abilities, and all types of differences. After representing IMPACT2030 as Regional Voice Lead for 3 years, she led setting up the Impact Council of Turkey, bringing 40 corporations together to raise the impact of human capital investments for gender equality. Arzu is also the former Head of Corporate Communication at Biota Laboratories, where she developed a corporate communications strategy and corporate identity for Turkey and global markets.
