Amy Blair is the Founder & CEO of Batik Boutique, an award winning social enterprise in Malaysia. Established in 2013, the company empowers artisans from marginalised communities by providing training and sustainable employment in batik textiles and artisanal products.

Originally from the U.S., she created a business for good from scratch that trains and partners with over 400 artisans. Amy established a B2C model including retail outlets and a global e-commerce platform, as well as B2B revenue streams in apparel and impactful gifts for corporate clients globally. She also led her team in achieving international B Corp accreditation and continues to gain global recognition for their ethically and sustainably made products.
