Anthony, a Hong Kong native, overcame poverty to become a management trainee for a property conglomerate. He is a HKJC & Sir Edward Youde Scholar, advisor, and mentor for university student associations. As a bootcamp moderator and co-host of Startup Weekend and Startup Salad Hong Kong, Anthony channels his passion for entrepreneurship.
As the Founder of OnMyGrad, a recruitment innovation and education technology startup, he has been a sought-after guest speaker and trainer for organisations like, LinkedIn and McKinsey Generation Programme. His company is invested by 500 Global and an institutional impact investor. Anthony’s dedication to the new gen’s career planning earned him recognition from the public sector. In 2019, he became the youngest member of the ICAC’s Citizens Advisory Committee on community relations, contributing to integrity education and promotion. He will soon join CareER as a board member, furthering disability inclusion in the workplace.
He holds a Marketing degree from Lingnan University Hong Kong and pursued further studies in social entrepreneurship and high performance leadership at the University of Oxford and Saïd Business School, UK.
