Isabelle Mashola is the Co-Founder & President of isahit, an ethical platform that provides an on-demand workforce for digital tasks related to AI training and deployment. With a strong background in IT and marketing, Isabelle is passionate about women’s rights and poverty alleviation, leading her to establish isahit in 2017.

Supporting over 150 international companies, isahit empowers women in Africa, Asia, South America and Europe to earn additional income and pursue professional projects. To date, the platform has created 3,000 jobs across 34 countries, with a goal of reaching 10,000 within the next few years.
