Jacob Hill is the Founder of Offploy, an organisation committed to reducing reoffending by enabling individuals with convictions to secure meaningful employment. After his release from prison, Jacob began this initiative to create opportunities for those often overlooked. Over the past eight years, Offploy has supported 4,000 individuals in their journey to sustainable employment.

Seventy percent of the team, like Jacob, have personal experience with the justice system. Offploy partners with businesses to encourage responsible, inclusive hiring, demonstrating the transformative power of employment on reducing reoffending, thereby promoting sustainable social change and a more equitable society.
