Martine Cadet is VP Social Impact at Pymetrics, a software company transforming the future of work. She leads pymetrics’ advocacy, community, non-profit and research partnerships to support connecting everyone to their best fit job accurately and fairly, i.e., by reducing bias. This work helps drive the reduction of socioeconomic inequality in the workplace, increase diversity and inclusion and promote neurodiversity. She has held previous positions in the computer software industry at Infor and Microsoft. Martine believes technology can be a tool to reverse inequalities which persist in business and society.
