Mehdi Salehi

Mehdi lives, breaths and dreams all things drones. He has been a drone pilot for the last two years and is a faculty member at Parsons the New School for Design where he teaches classes about leveraging drone technology. Mehdi grew up in Afghanistan, where he was forced to be creative at a young age to find the resources he needed. This perseverance and determination has allowed him to be driven, focused and dedicated when it comes to innovating and creating. Mehdi uses a human centred design approach to design systems that can impact peoples’ lives. Mehdi spends his time thinking about the unlimited applications of drones that can be used to solve human’s problems.
