Neelkanth Mishra is the Founder and CEO of the Centre for Aquatic Livelihood Jaljeevika, a resource centre to promote and incubate entrepreneurship and value chain promotion around aquatic livelihood systems. They introduce rural citizens to inland fisheries and train fish farmers in developing cost-effective technology as well as how to manage fisheries to improve production and profitability. He has previously worked for NGOs such as Oxfam and has experience in program management and development as well as public policy analysis and advocacy.
