Backed by practical experience, a strong team of scientists, industry experts and certified aromatherapy courses, she developed products for holistic wellness in her R&D Lab. Shubika’s efforts has led RAS to be one of the few companies in the world with only women founders that are venture capital backed, and has over 70% women workforce.
She is extremely passionate about serving an individual’s need to naturally look and feel good, while fulfilling her larger calling of social upliftment along with environment and animal welfare.
