Stuart Fleming is the Founding Partner of Enviroserve Group of Companies. Stuart has been instrumental in creating change in the Middle East Africa Region on Environmental and Sustainable processes. Stuart was actively involved in pioneering and legislating a multiple number of environmental programmes for the UAE and the region – from the control and use of ozone depleting substances to developing the ban on public smoking and written regulations and legislation, to the creation of the e-waste industry in various regional countries where he liaises directly at ministerial and advisory level, providing support and advice on various environmental topics.
Stuart has been praised across various platforms for his exemplary leadership towards creating sustainable change and fostering a circular ecosystem. He was a key member in the Ministry of Climate Change, UAE Circular Economy Council 2023 and COP28.
