Suzy led BT’s award-winning London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games sponsorship, including the BT Paralympic World Cup, media partnerships with the BBC and Channel 4, and relationships with Paralympic athletes and the British Paralympic Association. She also led BT’s partnership with GB Wheelchair Rugby, as well as serving as a board member, driving growth of grassroots programmes and televising the 2015 Rugby World Cup.

Suzy developed BT’s first global charity and community strategy and ground-breaking BT Premier League Disability Fund in partnership with Comic Relief – which embedded disability inclusion into every Premier League Club Foundation, providing thousands of disabled people with access to sport and life skills training.

Suzy is a Trustee of The Lord’s Taverners, the UK’s leading youth cricket and disability sports charity, leading on equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) and supporting the executive team to embed best-practice. She is also an advisor on the ECB (England & Wales Cricket Board) disability cricket committee.

Suzy is the Co-Founder of Untapped, a strategic communication and marketing consultancy with its roots in disability and a fresh approach to inclusion.
