Trey Zagante is the Founder and former Managing Partner of Venturetec, a boutique consulting firm specialising in corporate innovation, strategic design and venture-building. Venturetec is a Certified B Corp and aims to inspire and enable organisations to innovate and become future-ready. Trey is also the Founder and Editor of State of Innovation, a media platform delivering curated news, in-depth analysis and leading insights focused on corporate innovation and venturing. He has also served on the expert panel for the Australian Government entrepreneur program. Trey is the current Non-Executive Director for Startup Shakeup, a not-for-profit organisation focused on agile and sustainable economic growth in North-East Victoria. He is also an Associate Partner at McKinsey and Company.
