Niklas Van Neygham is a Co-Founder of the social startup Alaya. After completing his studies in engineering, he travelled with friends to volunteer around the world. Their experience sparked the idea to create an easy, fun way to connect the non-profit world with the private sector. Since then, this has evolved to become Alaya. Alaya offers a digital platform for workplace volunteering and giving, enabling companies and their people to change the world, one act at a time. Today, the company has 17 employees and works with over 30 companies and 400 charities worldwide.
