Andrew Hoffman is the Holcim Professor of Sustainable Enterprise at the University of Michigan, using organisational behaviour models to research the cultural and institutional aspects of environmental issues for organisations. Publishing 14 books and over 100 articles, Andrew’s work provides invaluable insights into the challenges faced by organisations as a result of the climate crisis and for understanding how businesses respond to these challenges. Andrew’s publications critically explore not only what the barriers are to business action on environmental issues but also how they can be overcome going forward.
