Director, Development & Communications, Propel America
 

Denali Lander is the Director of Development and Communications at Propel America, a non-profit that allows young adults from lower-income backgrounds to access an affordable and quick pathway to a career in healthcare. She was previously Executive Director of Youth Run NOLA, an out-of-school sports-based-youth-development organization that creates opportunities for young people to build healthier habits and a more interconnected community through running. After graduating from Tulane University with a BA in English and History, Denali joined Teach For America and taught middle and high school English in the Greater New Orleans area for five years. Denali helped found Youth Run NOLA while teaching and transitioned into the full-time Executive Director role with the organization in the summer of 2014. She is a 2020 graduate of George Washington University’s Certificate in Sports Philanthropy. Denali grew up in Boulder, Colorado, and loves being outside.
